At Vlerick, we pride ourselves on our portfolio of insightful, relevant and practical programmes. Our expert faculty and in-depth research keep us ahead of the curve – and we continually review and refine our programmes to make sure they deliver exactly what our participants are looking for.
But we also know that two heads are better than one. And that when you get diverse minds around a table, you get more creative ideas.
So when it was time for us to start developing our next wave of programmes, we decided to get our alumni involved. Because who better to collaborate with on programme design than people who have already been on the Vlerick journey?
Bringing a team together
We scheduled a co-creation workshop with a clear objective – to come up with interesting and relevant ideas for new programmes. We invited alumni who work in, and are passionate about, many different subjects – and asked them to bring ideas, experiences and suggestions to the table.
And we weren’t disappointed! Everyone shared insights we hadn’t considered before, took part in discussions and offered unique perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s professionals. We came away with some truly innovative ideas for programmes that will keep Vlerick participants at the cutting-edge of their fields.
